Agri-Placement Services, Inc. (APS) will:
Meet with employer to assess labor needs, assess work conditions, including work-site and employer-provided housing, and provide outline of services.
Locate and help select employees who appear to meet employer’s specific needs.
Place employees at operation.
Arrange initial transport of employees to operation / Custom train employees on- site according to operation specifications, explaining in detail operation procedures and protocols / Acclimate employees to housing
Complete required new hire federal forms I-9 and W-4 and any relevant state or internal new hire paperwork.
Provide cultural support to employer and employees such as:
Oral translation services as needed / Written translation services of operation procedures as agreed / Assistance to facilitate employee’s acclimation to local community / Resources of commonly used Spanish language terms and phrases / Facilitation of employee’s access to ethnic foods and other cultural amenities
Provide employer with replacements for employees that leave or are terminated.
Encourage employees to maintain employer-provided housing in good and orderly condition.
Provide on-going employee and employer support to ensure success of employee placement.
Work to communicate requirements and requests between employer and employee or prospective employee.
Offer TIME-SAVING payroll debit cards fee-free to both employers and employees.
